CTI College is a purpose built college for tertiary education.

Sparq Consulting is providing a full service in HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Rational Fire and Fire Reticulation and Vertical Transportation. All occupied spaces and classrooms are airconditioned with a VRV type air conditioning system and a syphonic drainage system will be used on the flat concrete roof to reduce pipework in the ceiling voids and to facilitate coordination of services.
