Golf Park 5 & 6

This project is to provide new office buildings to the existing Golf Park office development and adds to the existing portfolio of properties in this successful development in one of the most prominent office locations on the outskirts of Cape Town. Sparq Consulting were appointed to provide the Consulting services for all HVAC, Fire, Wet Services and Vertical Transportation Engineering on this project.
