SPUR Head Office, Century City

The Spur Head Office project is a new office building to provide office space to the rapidly expanding Spur Head Office.

The new building is located on an erf adjacent to the existing head office and will be linked with a bridge, joining the two buildings into a single entity. Sparq Consulting is providing all HVAC and Fire services on this project. HVAC services will be via a Samsung DVM system, providing individual user control to various spaces while achieving high levels of efficiency and diversity control.
