This project is to provide a new 28,000m2 office development to house several schools of the University of South Africa.

Sparq Consulting were appointed as a sub-consultant to Aecom to provide the Mechanical Consulting services for all HVAC and Fire Engineering on this project. This project will be submitted to the Green Building Council of South Africa for a Green Star rating, so all designs have been completed with efficiency in mind, using energy recovery systems and high efficiency chiller plant.

To date, this is the largest project undertaken by Sparq Consulting, with a current estimated project value in excess of R1.1 Billion and we are excited and privileged to be a part of the team undertaking this landmark project!
